IPI Solutions gets African quality recognition

The IPI Solutions Nigeria Limited has bagged the award of ‘Africa’s Most Reliable Quality Business Technology Solution Provider 2016” from the African Quality Achievement Award.

The facilitators of the award said that it was conferred on IPI Solutions following its evolvement over the years as “one the most trusted Information Technology’ Platform Solution Providers and a foremost systems integrator.”

The AQAA is an annual event initiated by the African Quality Institute in collaboration with IBMN Integrated Services, and Quality Assurance Consultant with the support of the Certified Institute of Quality Management and Pan African Quality Organisation.

Addressing journalists on the award, the Chief Executive Officer of IPI Solutions Nigeria Limited, Mr. Adamu Garba, said, “The award was in recognition of our company’s excellent commitment to quality improvement in technology solutions, IT service quality management and customer satisfaction across industries and business verticals.”

Garba said that the award was aimed at celebrating leadership innovation and creativity in quality management in Africa.

According to him, it is also aimed at identifying, recognising and rewarding companies, personalities and products that apply quality culture and management best practices to the analysis, planning and implementation and control of policies designed to achieve corporate objectives in both profit and non-profit making organisations in Africa.

“The priority is to promote quality awareness and quality management discipline in Africa, thereby creating sustainable environment for business growth and profitability,” he said.

Garba gave the general criteria for the award nomination as compliance, reliability, use of technology, quality awareness drive, ethical standard and policies, personality of the CEO, standard rules and regulations, optimum customer service, quality assurance policies, relationship with shareholders, auditing, competence, process control, strategic management system, team work, continuous improvement, quality orientation and a host of other considerations.

“To achieve this, IPI Solutions went through a rigorous assessment on most of the quality components culminating in winning the African Quality Achievement Awards 2016,” Garba said.
