PRE-RESUMPTION AND WORK RESUMPTION GUIDELINES
As we are all aware Corona Virus pandemic continues to ravage economies with consequential effects on businesses, there are concerted global efforts to contain the Virus and flatten the curve. IPI SOLUTIONS is fully committed to putting our people first by providing a healthy and safe workplace and to taking steps to protect its employees and clients.
We believe that given that community transmission of the virus is on the rise, we should all continue to observe social distancing etiquette and continue to work from home. We may likely hold this position at least until first week of July 2020, at which time staff may be permitted to visit the office on selected days of the week or on an, “as needs basis only”
NOTE: This policy will be revised from time to time as required due to the huge uncertainties associated with the COVID-19 pandemic.

In preparation for resumption of business activities, Actions shall be taken to curtail all hazards that could expedite the spread of the Virus. The Company shall implement the following measures:
WORK RESUMPTION PROTOCOLS
Communication
Employees that exhibit symptoms during office hours:
An employee who has a fever at or above 38 degrees centigrade (100.4 degrees Fahrenheit) or who is experiencing coughing or shortness of breath will be sent home or must see a medical doctor. An employee sent home can return to work when
Mandatory Screening for Employees:
Employees reporting to work will be screened for respiratory symptoms and have their body temperature taken as a precautionary measure to reduce the spread of COVID-19 and ensure a safe and healthy workplace. Screening shall take place at the reception upon arrival at work each day. Employee Health-Screening Form shall also be filled upon arrival at work.
Social Distancing Policy
The Company will implement the following social distancing initiatives on return:

• If you develop even mild symptoms while at your workplace, separate yourself from others and go home, avoiding use of public transport (e.g. buses, taxi, etc.) if possible.
